Founded in 1887 and now owned by the prestigious Bollinger family of Champagne, Langlois-Chateau is one of the most established names in Crémant de Loire. And this, a traditional method rosé fizz, shows off just what they can do with Cabernet Franc. Handpicked in small batches from chalky-clay soils, the grapes are gently pressed then aged for a minimum of 18 months on lees once in bottle. A sip reveals fine bubbles, a full body and generous raspberry and blackcurrant flavours.
