Olivier and Floriane Azan were originally from a family of apple growers. In the 1980s they switched to grapes – and they haven’t looked back since. Their Languedoc-based estate has been certified organic since 1985 and they were the first producers to craft organic Picpoul de Pinet. This crisp and zesty wine is an expression of their love for the environment. It’s vibrant and floral with notes of lemon, pomelo, pineapple and a refreshing minerality. Its zingy acidity makes it a fantastic match for seafood dishes.
